We offer compassionate, person-centered memory care tailored to each resident’s needs. Our secure memory care unit provides structured routines, therapeutic activities, and a trained team to support cognitive and emotional well-being.
Wound Care
Our expert wound care team uses advanced healing techniques and technologies to treat acute and chronic wounds, including pressure ulcers, surgical wounds, and diabetic ulcers. We collaborate closely with physicians to ensure optimal recovery.
Cardiac Rehabilitation
After a cardiac event or surgery, our rehabilitation specialists design individualized therapy plans to help residents regain strength, mobility, and confidence—improving overall heart health and quality of life.
Palliative, Hospice & Comfort Care

Respiratory & Ventilation
Our Seacliff Building is home to a dedicated piped-in oxygen respiratory unit with 24/7 on-site respiratory therapists. We specialize in ventilator management and complex pulmonary conditions, offering continuous monitoring and advanced care.
Stroke Recovery
Our stroke rehabilitation program helps residents regain independence through physical, occupational, and speech therapies. We focus on restoring function, mobility, and communication skills with compassionate support every step of the way.
Orthopedic Rehabilitation
